Joe Milutis

Joe Milutis is a writer and media artist. He is currently Assistant Professor of Art at the University of South Carolina, where he teaches experimental sound production. His book Ether, a study of the elusive substance in techno-science and art, is forthcoming from University of Minnesota Press.
