Sean Dockray is an artist who lives and works in Los Angeles. His work includes interactive installations, video, writing, architecture, radio broadcasts, data visualization, performative lectures, and computer programming. With a focus on social systems, time, and impermanence, Dockray’s practice often emphasizes an active, critical engagement with technology. He is a member of the research group theInstitute for Advanced Architecture and one of the directors of the media art gallery Telic Arts Exchange. Presently, he is an Artist in Residence at CalArts and lectures at UCLA and UCSD.
