Elia Decai Singer

To date, Elia Decai Singer has made fourteen short films in a variety of genres including documentary, experimental and experimental narrative, which have screened in numerous national and international film festivals. She graduated with an MFA in film and video production from York University, Toronto after completing part of her degree at Columbia College, Chicago.
